Job Context

The job holder needs to have a breadth understanding of people`s psychology. This position needs to face different types of problem, interact with diversified workforce. He/She needs to work in a challenging environment and required to complete the task in a estimated time.

Job Description / Responsibility

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES (KRA)
Support HR & Admin manager for smooth functioning of administration & HR related work
Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the factory
Maintain and updates personal files of workers as per requirement
Maintain and updates leave record as per company's policy
Maintain staff attendance and Manage leave Management in RAPID.
Upload data for Access control System TRACE and in future maintain attendance, Overtime, Leave in TRACE.
Maintain database of all employees.
Maintain health and hygiene records of all staffs and workers of the factory as per requirement.
Maintain and update all records of staffs, workers and officers and give entry in HRMIS.
To take corrective and preventive actions based on employee feedback and follow-up.
Maintain liaison with HRD department for smooth functioning of loan management and employee relation & training issues.
Support f HR & Admin manager of factory in maintaining proper environment, health and safety in factory as per requirement.
Maintain discipline in the factory & minimize grievances of the factory staffs and workers.
Manage all staff in order to ensure a productive, positive and healthy environment.
Support HR & Admin in organizing and distribution of salaries, unform, safety equipment etc for non-management staffs.
Ensure continual improvement of self and development of work process/system.
Non Management staff Recruitment.
Ensure smooth operation of Cafeteria with in approved budget. Prepare and submit report
Ensure proper checking & Money disbursement of Hospitalization advance & expenses bill.
Prepare overtime hour of Temporary technicians.
Ensure proper management of Pool car operation and maintenance & its payment.
Prepare different bill related to factory administration like Loading & Unloading, Fuel, Toner, Cartridge, Drinking water etc.
Maintain petty cash efficiently.
Introduce & maintain service book for the employees.
Arrange payment of all utility bills and update licenses
Develop and prepare administration and HR activity report regularly and on time.
