Job Description / Responsibility

Rationale for the position
Gender and Social Inclusion is a cross-cutting topic within Sudokkho, affecting all programme components. Given the size of the programme and the importance of gender and social inclusion within its scope and targets, the position for the Gender and Social Inclusion Adviser (G&SI Adviser) is full-time.
The GSI Advisor will be responsible for initiating, facilitating and implementing strategies and activities that contribute to Sudokkho's gender and social inclusion mainstreaming in this full-time position.
Responsibilities, duties and tasks
Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GSI) is an integral part of Sudokkho to assist women and men from disadvantaged communities into decent employment through the development of sustainable training systems. Implementing targeted interventions particularly where there are significant disparities for women or a disadvantaged group, and
Creating an inclusive and gender sensitive environment within Sudokkho to ensure an equal and respectful work atmosphere.
