Job Description / Responsibility

Acting as the face of HR for the company
Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organisation, as and when they occur
Providing information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
Conducting training needs analysis as well as design and implement a training plan with input from business heads while managing costs to budget
Ensuring all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods
Co-ordinating recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR team.
Preparing and updating organogram, manpower planning and ensuring all Job Descriptions are kept up to date and creating new JDs as and when necessary.
Handle employee terminations, grievance, equity and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and respectful manner.
Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant
Providing day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc.
Ensuring a sound Performance Management System through KPI for all workers, staff, and management personnel within the group
Reviewing all staff salaries and make recommendations for pay rises in consultation with dept. heads as well as implementing any increments and promotions
Maintaining a succession plan for all departments
Ensuring payroll is completed accurately and to deadline
Conducting occupational health referrals and providing pastoral support and advice to employees
Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
Ensuring proper organization and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative, HR and other departments.
Ensuring safety-security and compliance issues of factory & corporate office and coordinate them with concerned person.
Any others job assigned by the management.
