  • Knowledge and experience in Disciplinary Actions.

Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment
Manage attendance & leave for all employees at the unit;
Maintaining employees personal file and updated records timely basis;
Provide support to corporate HR for requirement of permanent & contractual employees at unit as required;
Prepare workforce MIS as required for all employees at the unit;
Resolve queries of employees related to HR & IR policies & Processes;
Implement HR & IR initiatives & employee welfare programs for all employees at unit level;
Drive annual performance management process as guided by corporate HR;
Provide support to corporate HR for training need identification as required;
Handle queries & grievance pertaining to performance management;
Ensure safe & healthy work environment for all employees at unit;
Coordinate with corporate HR to implement any group wide HR initiatives for all employees at the unit;
Coordinate with HR Operations at corporate for salary disbursement;
To ensure facilities, salary, allowances and compensation to all the workers and staffs within the stipulated time.
Perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time
