Job Context

The is position has to undertake the challenge of dynamic and competitive market. The industry is already equipped with some reputed brands holding significant market share. The Village Base Customer Acquisition (VBCA) Business Manager requires being very efficient in identifying of business opportunities exist in the prevailing condition and be aware of possible threats.

Job Description / Responsibility

Provide strategic directives to Zonal Manager and Area Manager enabling to visualize business prospects and respond. Ensure Zonal Manager, Area Manager are enabled to lead and monitor Uddokta and Promoters to achieve target.
Allocate resources to sales force as per region and equip them with required promotional/marketing materials. Make sure resources are placed on right place and being used to the optimum.
Equip and enable the operation with 3E SMART Platform to provide high quality, reliable and compliant services to our customers and organization.
Establish effective Uddokta network for VBCA Business with special focus on RRE exclusive Distribution & Service Points (DSP).
Prepare and achieve annual sale plan of Uddokta Business.
Effective handling of cycle planning process for Lighting Solution, Cook Stove , Energy, Power Storage, Efficient Appliances, category to maintain coordination among sales, marketing and supply chain.
Ensure expansion of Uddokta footholds as per plan in new profitable location as per plan.
Monitor and review sales performance of Zonal Manager & Area Manager based on the overall Business performance of Uddokta Platform.
Uses research and market intelligence data to provide competitive edge to the business.
Design and implement marketing activities to create brand pull in trade.
Develops resourceful team through leadership, mentoring and adequate training on salesmanship. Prepare agile sales force through infusing adequate product knowledge, appropriate behavior, positive attitude and adherence to organizational values.
Plan and coordinate for adequate training of team members on required knowledge and skills. Make proposition for special training beyond the planned one for higher/special skill acquire initiatives.
