  • Good computing & communications skills.

Job Description / Responsibility

Assessment of credit proposals within the ambit of Banks Policies & Procedures as well as Central Bank's Policy Guidelines and disposal thereof within the shortest possible time.
Provide guidance to DSRs in marketing, loan selling, information collection, credit analysis and documentation.
Ensure prompt delivery of loan proposals with quality risk management.
Find out the scope of improvement to achieve the team business target.
Introduce risk management strategies in line with Banks policy guidelines.
Provide timely feedback to supervisor.
Monitor and encourage the subordinates to enhance the service quality & job involvement.
