Job Context

Looking for : Divisional Sales Manager - DSM (Tissue, Exercise Book, A4 & Demy Paper)

Job Description / Responsibility

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Responsible for sales forecasting and undertake promotional programs.
Oversee the marketing & sales affairs of the assigned area/products.
Responsible for primary & secondary sales in retail market.
Direct and coordinate the sales functions and sales force/personnel activities & performance in retail market.
Maintain customer relationship and establish good relation with retailers.
Ensure customer's satisfaction & resolve customer complaints etc.
Monitor daily activities of all line staff.
Maintain good relation with distributors & ensure optimum level of inventory at distributor's warehouse.
Responsible for appointing new distributors in his assigned area.
Prepare and submit sales report to the supervisor.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
