Develop the flexibility and skills to work with or move to other programme teams on a multi-media basis.
Establish excellent working relationship with local / community radio stations across the country in consultation with senior project and research staff.
Organise and lead workshops and develop and deliver on-the-job training modules for partner local / community radio stations to achieve the project goal.
