Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility
Daily demand draft entry & make invoice advice sheet.
Maintain all invoicing in software.
Send invoice in factory.
Prepare daily delivery schedule.
Coordinate with distribution officer in factory regarding proper delivery.
Coordinate with transport agency.
Coordinate with ZSM, ASM & Field force about DD & delivery.
Check and process transportation bills by coordinating with finance department.
Daily reporting about delivery schedule, invoicing & DD to DGM, supply chain.
Coordinate with the marketing team, especially with brand managers regarding short product in finished goods stock.
Support field force to submit their daily secondary sales in our software.
Maintain any kind of issues regarding supply chain data management software.
Follow up the distribution of raw materials of assigned factories.
Register all bills of assigned factories and provide it to finance department.
Maintain SOP wise distributor opening and closing format in software.
Prepare monthly distribution provision and sent to finance.
Prepare monthly zone wise distribution cost and update in software.
