Job Description / Responsibility

Create a learning culture across organization.
Help designing training module and content development where requires, prepare annual training plan, liaison with training agencies to ensure smooth execution of training.
Identify training needs.
Execute, monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the training programs.
Conduct online training, socialization programs, product training and facilitate whole learning process.
Provide full range of support and services for implementing effective performance Appraisal System.
Help in Talent Assessment and Leadership Development program.
Manage HR Systems (HRIS).
Prepare monthly HR Matrix for reviewing key indicators of HR Performance. Maintain Org Chart, headcount and cost related data.
Partner with RDL business heads to provide strategic HR recommendations that support culture and business growth.
Actively engage with yearly HR Business Plan.
Run employee engagement programs.
Periodic review of QMS policies relating to HR.
