Job Description / Responsibility

Design and strategize office admin/ operations/projects/support/documentation/ processes/accounting and to direct the operational/support activities to achieve smooth operational to regional and global offices
Manage/monitor the operations, accounting and other departmental personnel in order to synergies their efforts to achieve smooth operations. Set KPIs for provision of offices, including operation, personnel and security/custom clearance support respectively
Secure and maintain good relationships with key global Functions of Port Authorities.
Ensures that normal assignment/projects are executed efficiently and effectively and to delivered on time safely.
Manage fleet of Vessels/shipping/logistic and assets and track their movement/record including: maintenance (preventive and breakdown) to reduce
Improvement/maximization of utilization rate and availability of the fleets.
Ensures that all documentation and contracts are conducted at competitive levels.
Set out specific performance standards in such key areas as business development, operations, project management and yard management, evaluate performance against these standards; coaches and assists the departmental managers/personnel in improving their performance.
Responsible for KPI, budget forecasting, budget planning, Profit and Loss of the entire operations.
Any other duties as and when assigned by the Company Requirements
