Job Context
Officer/Senior Officer-Business Development will help for building international Market through creating sustainable Marketing and Sales strategies, Branding the organization and setting wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in align with Company`s strategic goal.
Job Description / Responsibility
Working with foreign market (identifying new territories, developing agent, creating customers etc.).
Communicating with Buyers to collect Order, send PI, collect TT/LC from Bank, etc.
Preparing/ collecting Commercial Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, SAFTA, Bill of Lading, Truck Challan, Phytosanitary Certificate etc.
Delivering the consignment by liaison with different Freight Forwarding Agents / Shipping Lines, CNF Agents, Production Unit; Quality Control Department, Distribution department, etc.
Achieve sales target and help team to achieve team target and/or overall company target.
Dealing with remittance (i.e. Party wise Export, Periodic Export etc.).
Follow up and respond the buyer/seller regularly through E-mail, Phone call, Skype call, Viber, Whats-app etc. and others means of communication media.Attending foreign buyer's complaints with utmost care; updating buyers' database regularly with valid information.
Attending foreign trade fair and arrangement to participate, official foreign tour related to export etc.
Any other task assign by the management.
