Job Description / Responsibility

Devise recruitment plans & execute for filling up vacancies.
Follow the Standard for recruitment, selection and appointment as per HR Manual.
Oversees the implementation of KPI based performance appraisal program.
Make reports on measurement results.
Provides ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used to effectively manage operations.
Provides advice & support to management and non-management staff on the performance appraisal system.
Facilitates group discussions to perform gap analysis and needs assessment(s).
Assist to Group HR to develop a strategy for knowledge transfer activities.
Builds trusted relationships with clients to provide strategic consultative support.
Consults with managers and associates on issues of compliance with all state laws.
Assists with communication and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct CG value awareness program.
Successfully addresses Employee Relations matters developing within assigned client groups, partnering with Group HR.
