MSB invites applications for the position of Manager - Programme based in Dhaka, Head Office. We are looking for a business minded prsonnnel who will be responsible for complete business operations of our three MS Premium Maternity clinics at Dhaka & Sylhet. S/he will identify the opportunities, drive performances and accountable for the delivery of revenue.

Job Description / Responsibility

S/he should be possessed strong leadership skill, excellent team management capability with a proven track record of direct supervision of clinical or non-clinical team.
Excellent skills in planning, budgeting, monitoring, financial management and critical problem solving.
The prospective candidate should be smart, self-aware and confident with excellent inter-personal and communications skills.
S/he will be proactive, able to work in stressful conditions, willing to undertake multi-tasking responsibilities and travel in-country as and when required by the organization.
Excellent movivational skills - achieving result by people are essential.
As a visionary and influential communicator, the candidate must have excellent writing skill in English and Bangla.
Capable to deliver work with deadline, computer proficiency, able to make presentation and conduct briefing.
