Requirement:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources including 5 year hands-on experience in Performance Management Process.
  • Have knowledge on Performance Management System, Organisation Development, Human Capital Development and budget.
  • Able to generate new idea, take risk and partnership building
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skill.

Job Description / Responsibility

Overseeing the development and implementation of performance appraisal process and providing advice to management & staff.
Developing and implementing the process of performance management system of BRAC.
Overseeing the implementation of core competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system.
Analyzing and reporting on measurement results and portray results for the ease of individuals' reward recognition processes.
Documenting individual performance to support compensation and career planning decisions.
Providing ongoing oversight and support to ensure that performance measures are being used to effectively manage operations identify and manage risks to create positive changes within organization.
Developing and conducting presentations and training to management and staff of all level on the performance appraisal system and awareness build up.
Assist with developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
Defining and communicating clear performance objectives and standards.
Developing and implementing strategies for branding PMS within organization.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Synchronizing the multiple nature of different units/activities in terms of PMS
Maintaining standardized quality of performance appraisal process.
Incorporating BRAC values and One BRAC concept.
