Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for networking, hardware and software maintenance,
Should have good knowledge in IT trouble shooting,
Provide support to all users for networking, internet facility and smooth working of desktop, laptop, printer, scanning and e-mail, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras,
Responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure,
Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection,
Maintaining Security devices and protocols including IPS and Firewall systems,
Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords & Monitoring network usage,
Insure windows patches & updates are up to date on all workstations & servers,
Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence.
