Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility
Have sufficient knowledge to handle distributors to get maximum output.
Route wise market coverage as per fixed frequency.
Ensure product availability in every outlet.
Achieve sales target & increase market share.
Maintain customer relationship and establish good relation with retailers.
Ensure customer's satisfaction & resolve customer complaints etc.
Monitor daily activities of Assistant Executive, DSR & SR.
Maintain good relation with distributors & ensure optimum level of inventory at distributor's warehouse.
Solely responsible for appointing new distributors in his assigned area.
Prepare and submit sales report to the supervisor.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
