Vacancy for the post: Project Manager

Next Dot Solutions (nextdot.com.au), Headquartered in Australia, is looking for an experienced Project Manager for the Dhaka, Bangladesh location.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and leading all aspects of IT projects. The PM provides cross-functional and cross-organizational end-to-end lifecycle support driving business solutions for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage small to large scale, complex, multi-phased projects
Manage all project activities required for successful project implementation including project planning, schedule management, issue and risk management, financial management and change management
Engage in early idea definition phases to determine viability
Work with cross functional Team Members to develop detailed project schedule including milestones, deliverables and dependencies based on business objectives, budget, scope, timeline, and risks
Plan both internal and vendor project resources for each project
Coordinate and facilitate project activities as required
Facilitate weekly project team meetings to assess project progress and resolve issues; prepare and distribute meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action items and project status reports
Manage the work of others to execute project tasks
Manage risks as appropriate
Track and update schedule progress, risks and issues, cost plan including invoices, project status and forecast project costs and completion dates
Report various project statuses to team members, stakeholders, business champion, project sponsor, and executives
Regularly review and measure project progress against the plan; report, track and escalate project problems and issues that impact cost, scope or schedule
