Job Description / Responsibility
Developing the organization's mid to long term strategic and annual business plans.
Facilitating growth, sales, and marketing strategies at an organization.
Ensuring revenue generation as per business plan.
Streamlining marketing process to realize cost savings across the department.
Analyzing current marketing strategies and implementing changes.
Measuring the success of marketing and creative campaigns across the business.
Selection of marketing agency partners and reviewing their activities.
Overseeing all marketing activities across the full marketing mix.
Maximizing opportunities for revenue generation through multiple channels.
Assessing new marketing opportunities for generating business.
Ensuring application of Human Centered Design across the activities.
Keeping up to date with industry and changes that impact the business.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
Ensuring the CRM and all marketing software is up to date and fit for purpose.
Setting KPI's for marketing activities across the business.
Overhauling the marketing department organizational structure.
Working closely with other team leaders of organization on company plans.
