Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility
Arrange all the formalities to publish the job circular on Bdjobs.Com/the daily news paper/Other electronic media
Process the Recruitment of Factories and Head Office and arrange the training accordingly. Update the recruitment status of Manpower.
Arrange all joining formalities of newly hired employees. Prepare employee appointment letter, transfer letter, promotion letter.
Manage attendance, leave, absenteeism of the Head Office staff/Officers and prepare daily and monthly attendance accordingly. Update the attendance data base daily and report to the management.
Coordinate with the factory authority in grievance issues and take requisite action to resolve the issues in consultation with HOD.
Handle the employee welfare issues
Visit the factory sometimes regarding HR issues and coordinate with the factory head.
Deal with Group insurance of workers/Officers
Preserve all personnel files of employees with confidentiality of Head Office & Factory as safe custodian and update the files from time to time accordingly.
Coordinate the factory authority to Perform QMS audit and liaison with factory
Prepare, organize & restructure organogram for all department
Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
