Job Description / Responsibility
Maintaining all project related documents
Receiving e-mails and letter from the clients as per the Head of marketing & Sales discussion and reply accordingly and placement to the Head of Marketing & Sales
Receiving important phone calls from clients on behalf of Head of marketing & Sales when he is busy in meeting
Maintaining e-mail address and contact address of important related clients / organizations / instruction / business firms.
Coordinate and maintain liaison with other departments provide various reports as & when necessary, update the other department about various issues of the department.
Fix and maintain the appointment schedule of the Head of marketing & Sales with the external persons related to business.
