Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible for accomplishment of Individual Target (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Attend regular basis sales team meeting
Update Team Leader with latest product info of competitors; products
Assist Team leader for Sales Achievement
Undertaken guidelines in critical cases from Team Leader/ HOMS
Site visit/ client visit at project site for optimum output for company
Effective follow up of prospective clients
Share design input
Market survey
Regular follow up, client visit in outdoor, meeting in the office with clients
Negotiate sales contact , collect booking money through cheque/ P.O etc., fill up application form
Complete Deed of agreement with client after realising Booking & Down Payment
Internal and External follow up to mature sales
Provide cents with proper product info, design input and registration related feedback etc.
Prepare reports like daily report, survey report and others asked by Team Leader
Participating and fixing projects' features & amenities complying market trend and company image
Attend/ organise different promotional activities like REHAB fairs, site fairs etc.
Facilitate loan disbursement process but providing relevant info to clients
Providing Engineering, Architectural support to client with in-house Engineers and Architects in association with ESD to mitigate client query
Share clients/market observation with management to undertake new strategies
Responsible for other tasks as and when asked by team Leader/ HOMS
