Job Context


Job Description / Responsibility

Manage, organize & update relevant data using SAP (Software) to create customer & Sales Order with all financial transaction.
DO (Delivery Order) and TO (Transfer Order) creation through SAP software based on sales demand to ensure smooth delivery operation
Notify Depot In-charge regarding staff absence due to CL/SL and take appropriate action as instructed by the supervisor.
Maintain liaison with Depot Transport Manager in relation to Attendance, Leave, Payment, Payroll of Drivers & Helpers and vehicle maintenance and repairs issues.
Manage the necessary administration in relation to staff and vehicles, including distribution and interpretation of drivers' duty sheets provided from SCM officials
Check, verify & certify drivers' bills, vouchers of the Depot office & submit to the Depot In-Charge for approval before payment.
Check and verify all Delivery Order, Challan & Invoice before delivery.
Supervise & look after the safety & security issues of the Depot and ensure proper safeguard of the depot through monitoring security protocols.
Ensure vehicles meet minimum requirements of maintenance and cleanliness and ensure that driver daily defect reports are completed and acted upon as necessary
Participate in the physical count process to ensure controls of inventory levels and reconcile with ERP system.
Actively participate in 24 hours depot operation activity with any additional jobs assigned by superior.
Perform market survey and sometimes go to the market to purchase vehicle spare parts.
Ensure proper cleaning, pest control, safety issues of Depot.
Perform any other assigned jobs related to Supply Chain operation
