Educational Qualification:
  • BBA/ MBA/ Masters from a reputed University in Human Resource Management (Essential)


  • Minimum 4 years corporate experience with 200+ head count is essential
  • Having PGDHRM will be given preference
  • Having knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 with amendment and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 is preferred


  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
  • Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines

Senior Executive/ Executive - Talent Management

Job Responsibilities

Assist Head of the Department (HOD) to ensure Performance Appraisal system within the company following the procedure
Conduct training employee and supervisors to help understand the Annual Performance Appraisal procedure
Ensure that all relevant parties are following the Appraisal procedure and maintaining the timeline
Responsible for overall Probation evaluation following the procedure
Ensure all evaluation meeting are happening properly
Accomplish job analysis and develop/review job description and job specification for each job role
Work with / guide / train employees to help understand their performance expectations and appraisal process
Develop and ensure competency catalogue for all position
Ensure Management Trainee & Trainee Officer Scheme running properly
Assist HOD to ensure all performance systems comply with international standards, workable practices relevant national legislation
Employee satisfaction survey - custodian and ensure execution
Assist HOD to ensue succession planning and effective career management
Assist HOD to carry on several activities for employee retention and employee engagement program
Work with HR & Employee Care Team to continue building motivation and organizational development, and provide support management
