Territory Sales Manager

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sirajgonj)

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure the excellence in execution in field sales management.
Ensure that the business objective in the territory is met
Lead, manage, develop and assess Sales Officers (SO)
Monitor the activity bringing success and personal fulfilment for the team
Manage Cash collection, propose and implement corrective actions
Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company's activity (visibility tools, launches, loyalty programs)
Monitor cold chain on the field, propose and implement corrective actions & monitor Quality Control issues
