Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility
Act as the Revenue In-Charge for the assigned Territory / Zone managing overall sales and marketing activities.
Be responsible for managing sales through distributors, dealers, retailers & users.
Assist in selecting distributors in the assigned zone / territory and proceed for their appointment as per company policy.
Follow up the distributors' territory & optimize the coverage of the product selling outlets.
Ensure buffer stock at all distributors point, maximize Cylinder rotation, minimize empty Cylinder stock & keep new Cylinder availability to meet market demand.
Ensure best possible utilization of logistics for prompt service to dealers, retailers & ultimate users within the distributors' territory.
Take initiatives to increase new dealer, retailer & user to maximize product lifting & product consumption.
Maintain excellent business relationship with distributor, dealer & user level.
Find out new potential individual domestic, commercial & industrial user in the territory.
Forecast on weekly sales as per distributor to ensure product availability at respective depots.
Assign, supervise and monitor day to day activities of the subordinates.
Keep up to date information about the market size, competitors' sales and marketing activities.
Keep in touch with the distributors to help achieve their target (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly).
Generate various reports as required.
