Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility
Perform & carry out day to day activities Admin/HR management and development (including recruitment and selection, daily attendance, discipline, grievance, counseling, morale and motivation, leave, attitude development, performance appraisal etc.)
Maintain Performance Evaluation Process and conduct annual performance appraisal.
Initiate appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy as per requirement.
Prepare all HR and Administration related letters, office order, notice, circular, meeting minutes, warning letters etc.
Maintains and manage daily Attendance reports, leave records.
Manage and prepare Payroll sheet.
Maintain personal files and update all admin and HR related documents and records.
Ensure that activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety codes and requirements, legal conditions, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Maintain and ensure all admin issues i.e. utility services, accommodation, transportation, office equipment and tools etc.
Provide all logistic support & manage all stationery requirements.
Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
