Sena Edible Oil Industries, a most modern edible oil refinery project of 500 MT/Day capacity at Sena Kalyan Industrial Park, Fatulla, Narayanganj is being installed under Sena Kalyan Sagnstha in this connection Management of SKS intends to appoint a dynamic , self -motivated and experienced DGM (Sales & Distribution) with the following terms & conditions.
Job Description / Responsibility
Develop marketing strategies for the FMCG (Edible oil, Atta, Maida, Drinking water etc.) for SKS.
Define and utilize data and customer insight to build marketing programs and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Analyze market dynamics for edible oil, wheat flour, drinking water etc. and prepare reports on opportunities and threads for the organization to take preemptive measures.
Drive network based strategy to maximize market share and revenue opportunities.
Hire and develop a team of strong performers for effective sales and distribution.
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Responsible to setup modern and effective sales & distribution strategy for all FMCG of SKS.
Prepare reports for management e.g. sales report, sales forecast, target setup, market analysis etc.
Prepare competitors sales & activity report.
Supervise & monitor effective market visit of the team members to existing and potential customers to increase the sales.
Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature and promotional activities and train the corporate sales team accordingly.
Coordinate & Communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure timely delivery of product.
Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major corporate clients, enterprise clients, institutional clients etc.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
