Educational Qualification:

At least Bachelor degree (may be relaxed to HSC level for those who have at least 1 year experience in community based nutrition and development activities).

Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility

The position is based at Union level with extensive field visits to the respective villages/communities.
Field Facilitator (FF) will be based at union level and will be in-charge for implementation of all Suchana intervention in his/her assigned areas, usually for about 500 BHHs in a cluster of 3-5 villages. The FF will work closely with assigned two Suchana Community Mobilizers in implementing the activities in the assigned areas. In addition to his/her assigned tasks (his/her 60% efforts), the FF will also work jointly with two respective Suchana Community Mobilisers for certain team activities (his/her 40% efforts). S/he will also be responsible for performance and achievements of those SCMs too. One of the key roles of the FF will be to build capacities of the SCMs under his/her team keeping in mind that eventually the SCM is expected to evolve as an independent community level resource in post-Suchana phases.
