Job Description / Responsibility

VARD has been implementing Global Fund to fight HIV/AIDS and Malaria (GFATM)- Malaria Control Program in 5 Upazilas of Sylhet, Sunamgonj and Moulvibazar district since June 2007 funded by Global Fund. The Principal Recipient of GFATM Malaria grant is BRAC and under New Funding Model Malaria Control Program has been implementing from July 2015. The position is based at Companiganj Upazila under Sylhet district.
Job Descriptions:
Maintain standard environment in the warehouse as per SOP
Proper maintenance of stock register and supplies of warehouse
Ensure timely, complete and accurate updating of register and BIN card as per guideline
Prepare monthly inventory report as per guideline
Prepare indent and ensure supplies to the field
Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse
Ensure the security of all warehouse materials
Check bills with supporting documents of field staff to assist accountant
Preserve and update of personnel files, leave registers and other related documents
Any other activities and report as required by the PR, LFA or GFTAM
