  • Have computer knowledge (MS office, Web based data management)
  • Must have competency on information management, report preparation and training facilitation.

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

Ensure proper accumulation of knowledge generated within the programme, promote sharing of that knowledge and facilitate seamless exchange of information across different units of TUP programme.
Create a knowledge hub in order to store and disseminate knowledge, identify and share more creative, efficient and effective way to engage audiences and facilitate sharing and collaboration.
Ensure proper documentation of TUP programme interventions, proofread content developed by programme, contribute to develop and manage TUP programme’s strategic documents (strategy paper, annual report, progress report, AoP etc.)
Act in the process of identify, document and disseminate lessons learned and good practices, go on regular field office visits in order to interview programme beneficiaries, produce case studies and be updated on programme developments on the field level.
Lead to encourage employees to share knowledge and ensure whether they are aware of the knowledge management resources available to support their work, are appropriately trained and are using the knowledge management hub efficiently and productively.
