Job Description / Responsibility

Maintaining and enhancing the quality of the company's human resources by planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the overall HR issues in line with company's vision & mission.
Ensure annual manpower planning.
Ensure job descriptions for factory employees.
Execute different Policies
Monitor & ensure monthly salary preparation & smooth disbursement.
Ensure different training & safety awareness for factory employees.
Manage sound employee and worker-management relations.
Liaise with local and national institutions including local police and law enforcing agencies
Renewal of license/ agreement & Membership.
Significantly contribute to maintain a congenial work environment among all line managers and departments.
Manage & monitor employee's health, safety & environmental issues in the entire factory premises.
Play active role for ensure a successful performance management and improvement systems
Be proactive and self-motivated to identify/asses and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard, employee first aid facility, structural safety of the establishments, overall security of company lives and properties
