Ha-Meem Group seeks applications from the individuals for the position of `Assistant Manager - HR` for Corporate Head Office.

Job Description / Responsibility

Implement HR Policies, Procedures and Guidelines issued by corporate HR.
Conduct all HR activities like- recruitment & selection, payroll, annual increment, training & development and promotion.
Arrange professional tests, interviews for hiring of workers/ employees and liaise with concerned and relevant department / section heads for proper selection
Organize orientation & training program to develop employee's skills.
Ensure proper record keeping, preservation of personal files in compliance with buyer's requirements.
Maintain proper HRIS system so that every employee information can get instantly in the format as required by the management.
Prepare daily attendance and update properly in the system. Monthly leave management (both manually & electronically) and preparation of Salary, OT etc.
Transfer and posting of intra unit workers and employees.
Maintain and monitor attendance through automated system (biometric / swiping cards) and HRIS for processing of compensation and benefits for employees.
Ensure timely payment of payroll including salary, wages, incentives, bonuses, OT and other payable as deemed necessary.
Establish a data bank to facilitate information by business unit heads related to compensation.
Administer payroll of both management and non-management staff of the company.
Assist Head of HR in designing, implementing and maintaining compensation and benefit structure of the company.
Process final settlement of employees leaving the organization.
Maintain relationship with business units mitigating compensation service needs.
Liaise with business units to collect information on compensation and benefits and payroll related matters.
