Job Context

The Manager-HR & Admin is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient management of HR and Admin function of the organization. S/he will report to Head of Operation Management / Executive Director.

Job Description / Responsibility

Understand organizational goal and objectives and efficient management of HR & Admin.
Ensure HR plan for organization and facilitate recruitment, selection, placement and training related activities for new or vacant position.
Contribute in developing new/ upgrade all HR & Admin related policy to match the need of the organization.
Ensure compliance with all internal policy, donor policy and guidelines and National laws.
Develop staffs capacity to match the need to get the best possible outcomes.
Lead the entire Human resource & administration department's team members and ensure overall logistics support of the organization.
Maintain and supervise overall Asset & Inventory management of the organization.
Facilitate procurement of the organization by ensuring proper compliance with organization's and donor's policy and ensuring benefit of the organization.
Maintain a good relationship with all third party sources and facilitate timely response (including processing of bills and maintaining contracts - both government and other parties).
Provide and maintain monthly budget for admin related expenses and proposals on cost cutting in admin area.
Plan and implement initiatives for ensuring safety and security of the ASF premises and all its assets.
Obtain necessary permissions from relevant Government Ministries and maintain liaison.
Contribute in effective resource mobilization for the greater benefit of the organization and its beneficiaries.
Prepare monthly report as assigned.
Any special assignment provided by the management.
