Job Description / Responsibility

Coordinate all Human Resources training programs, and assign the authority / responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs
Lead the implementation of the performance management system and employee development programs
Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce
Formulate and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights
Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises
The incumbent will play the role of HR Business Partner for capital market operations
