Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility
Oversee overall admin and office maintains functions of the factory and ensure their proper day to day implementation.
Coordinate with all Departments on administrative support function.
Must ensure that factory is maintaining compliance at all times.
Must ensure administrative procurement functions including stationeries and equipments, as per office requirements.
General office administration, support organizational and staff management.
General day to day HR and Administrative jobs.
Maintain attendance, salary sheet and related papers.
Maintain & update employee database and provide manpower status report based on requirements.
Knowledge of Safety, Health and specially Fire safety measures.
Provide employee training on compliance related procedures.
Any other task provided by the Management from time to time.
