SMC Enterprise Limited, a large, well-reputed organization involved in the sales, marketing, and production of health, consumer and pharmaceutical products, is looking for a talented and aspiring individual for the following position. The position will be based at the Head Office, Banani, Dhaka:

POSITION TITLE: DEPUTY MANAGER, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide guidance to the team members in a way that leads to meet the departmental goals.
Assist Marketing manager in preparing Marketing plan, budget & implementation accordingly.
Execute promotional strategies & guidelines and ensure to implement through necessity.
Analyze competitive marketing environment and find out market development strategies & opportunities.
Launch new product to exploit market needs and opportunities.
Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor the work in progress related to production of commercial products and physician’s samples, new product launch etc.
Keep liaison with key opinion leaders, BSPs and business partners.
Work with MSD team to arrange clinical meeting and seminars to facilitate rapport, development of field force with the target doctors.
Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly analysis of brand/portfolio performance, sales and promo expense etc for necessary interaction.
Provide product information and other relevant knowledge based professional support to the potential doctors.
Arranging brand wise special campaign or program.
Prepare action plan for the field forces in monthly/quarterly/yearly.
