Required Knowledge & Skills

Advanced understanding on compensation and benefits packages structuring and on measuring its effectiveness
In-depth knowledge & understanding of Mercer 5 Factor IPE Methodology, evaluation, Role Clarification (RC) document development and Band Structure formulation
Robust understanding of Performance Management processes for establishing policies that enforce continuous performance and quality driven culture.
Good understanding of Human Capital Resource structuring & management and legal perspectives on wages, pay equity and benefits
Strong acumen on financial calculation, reporting and budgeting
Advanced knowledge on MS Office packages
Ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions

Rewards Senior Specialist

Major Responsibilities

Review and evaluate existing C&B schemes and policies to determine the need for revisions in line with company’s mid-long terms company objectives
Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
Oversee and drive the Band Structure governance; work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services and HR Business Partners to guide and ensure that all initiative are in-line and compliant with the Band Structure methodologies
Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan
Design and develop objective criteria that facilitate a performance driven culture and help ensure alignment of objectives for different functions in line with the company’s strategic goals
Act as owner of Performance Management (PM) to ensure all employees have annual SMART KPI’s set and approved in the HRIS System within the requisite time frame
Analyze & prepare budget provisioning in coordination with HR Transformation Analyst for Benefit revitalization initiatives, consultancy surveys, insurance premiums, onboard headcounts, etc.
Coordinate guidelines to and from Management/HR Transformation Analyst/HR Business Partners on new project initiatives such as Benefits/Performance Management Automation and Employee Engagement/Recognition Schemes
