Position: Manager/ Deputy Manager – Internal Audit, Labaid Group

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement risk based internal audit strategy and annual plan for the Group.
Planning and conducting audits to assess controls, operational and technical efficiencies and compliance with selected policies, procedures and regulations.
Supervising and monitoring the internal audit team and to conduct internal audit as per approved yearly audit plan.
To discuss the audit findings with the concern Head of the organization and ensure effective follow-up until resolution.
To prepare and present accurate internal audit reports for consideration of the management.
To review and make a judgment on the whole range of controls including those relating to achieving value for money and the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption.
Conduct periodic internal audit of all sister concerns including group head office and make recommendation to ensure the highest standard of financial management system.
Verifying and cross-checking of all accounting transactions made to all internal and external stakeholders.
