  • • Should have the mentality to work under pressure.
  • • Transparent and independent;
  • • Ability to analyze and interpret figures.
  • • Should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management
  • • Thorough knowledge about taxation, risk management and regulatory issues.

Job Context

This is a 12 months contract job. It may be renewed and extended up to 10 years based on performance.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Monthly and annual financial plan development and report submission.
• Ensure payment on the basis of monthly budget of the unit/department/directorate/project
• Monthly employee remuneration and payment management as well as deposit for their benefits through proper payment slip.
• Monthly vendor payment management through proper cross checking the purchase policy and proper documentation.
• Develop project financial proposal development and taking internal.
• Management of bank for day to day finance transaction.
• Maintain all bank books and cash books by daily reporting.
• Ensure to check and pay of all approved financial requisition by taking monthly budget and project budget approval.
• Manage financial requisition and ensure proper management approval.
• Ensure financial payment management and data entry in the Troyee software on the basis of organizational chart of accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, partners and vendor for ensuring payment collection and payment disbursement.
• Ensure all financial documentation to preserve for audit.
• Support and clarify all quarterly and annual financial audits by third party.
• Collect service center payment and deposit in the appropriate bank account.
• Lead any legal issue related to finance management.
