Job Description / Responsibility

Prepare yearly service delivery plan including service strategies, policies, procedures, and practices for all service delivery channels in order assure effective after sales service to end of tractor users.
Reporting to the immediate supervisor of the latest information of service section.
To design a better Service Plan for minimize cost & maximize facilities with customer satisfaction for respective Zone.
Develop and deploy quality training with proper materials / presentations for all sales and service personnel to provide customer better service and making awareness about tractor.
Warranty claim on spares report submit in particular website and need to step to adjust warranty amount with account of Karnaphuli limited.
Conducting regular service camp, local mechanic training program & organize FDFC by regional officer and report to immediate supervisor within due date.
Making tour plan to customer visit, regional engineer as well as mechanic activity inspection, trouble shoot of tractor and providing solution related activity.
Develop plan to maximize personnel productivity and making quarterly basis performance appraisal individually.
