Experience:
  • 5-8 Years in reputed Real Estate Organization (preferably in Customer Service Engineering Dept.)
  • IEB Registered personal will get preference

 

Requirement:
  • Writing and Speaking Fluency in English
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Auto CAD
  • Estimation & bill preparation experience is a must.

Supervision and monitoring of the construction works.
To finalize the construction and finishing materials and specifications.
To provide the technical services to the internal and external customers.
To take the steps to ensure construction progress at site.
To execute all the works related to service engineering.
To finalize the entire facilities management planning according to the agreement with the customers.
