Job Context

To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic and experienced individuals for the following position in Legal Affairs Division.
Employment Type: Full Time Employment
Job Grade: SO

Job Description / Responsibility

Vetting of the loan file (land documents) and input status in MIS with date
Send Title search by preparing top sheet from MIS with necessary information and entry such in MIS with date
Correspondence with Business Source (SME, Retail, Corporate)
Receive wanting and input such in MIS with date
Mention date of good right/prima facie, check title search and input MIS accordingly
After attaining good right, "OK title search" as well, provide schedule, required documents before disbursement in MIS
Prepare Mortgage, IGPOA, TPA print such, sign where it requires, handover the file through Assigned executive or direct to retail acquiring with all bunch.
In case of takeover file prepare Mortgage, IGPOA after getting good right and "OK title search".
In case of Top up, waived file before handover Mortgage check status of title search in MIS, correspondence with Mortgage responsible person if require, L/O if require, sign title search report and handover the Mortgage to acquiring through Assigned executive, or direct to acquiring with all bunch.
