Job Detail:

Job Description / Responsibility

Follow up of highly delinquent accounts for collection of receivables
Collection related services, including cheque place, fund transfer, providing loan details, providing receivables calculation, etc.
Physical visit to clients, personal Guarantor's, property etc.
Provide feedback to management
Assign 3rd party recovery agent, where applicable
Initiate legal action, where applicable.
Initiate Auction Procedure, where applicable.
Prepare internal office memos, including litigation, auction, assignment of recovery agent, bill payment, security encashment, termination, settlement, waiver, reschedule, write-off, etc.
