Job Description / Responsibility

Receive visitors, guests, customers or their representatives and attend to them as and when required.
Handle phone calls incoming/out going with greetings in a professional way.
Counsel to visitor queries over phone or face to face.
Maintain Front desk management & Conference room management.
Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper place/persons and keep records.
Maintain all kind of log/register.
Excellent computer typing skill in English and Bengali
Execute HR & Admin related work as and when required.
Supervise overall office maintenance, cleanliness and monitor security.
Responsible for booking of venues/Vendor Correspondence on behalf of Samajik Convention Centre.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by head of project/department.
