LAUGFS Gas (Bangladesh) Limited, formerly known as Petredec Elpiji Limited, is one of the largest LPG distributors in Bangladesh, importing and distributing over 50,000 MT of LPG every year. Being the only 100% owned international entity, it has entered the LPG downstream industry of Bangladesh in 2001 with the brand name of Kleenheat Gas. LAUGFS presently operates a world-class LPG import, bottling and distribution facility in Mongla Port with a storage capacity of 1,800 MT and in the process to extend further. We distribute LPG to domestic, commercial and industrial customers with an extensive nationwide cylinder distribution network under the brand name of LAUGFS, PETREGAZ and KLEENHEAT. With a significant market share, LAUGFS is also the pioneer to introduce Autogas in Bangladesh and supplies LPG to service stations all over the country.
We are looking for the individual with a passion to achieve excellence to join the LAUGFS Gas (Bangladesh) team and fill the below position as we strive toward global expansion.
National Sales Manager:
General Manager – Sales & Marketing
Develop specific sales analysis for input into the development of the annual market plan and execution thereof.
Lead nationwide sales team to achieve sales target as per guideline of GM- Sales &
Monitor and analyze performance metrics of the sales force and suggest improvements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and targets.
Understand local industries, customers and competitions and meet the demand of the customers.
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Plan and execute different kind of sales development events (periodical sales meeting, meeting valued customers, industry visit, arranging training for distributors/dealers and field force)
Understand customer needs and suggest changes in strategies to meet these needs.
Plan for and allocate manpower to meet the sales targets
Establish productive and professionals relationships with key customers/stakeholders nationwide.
Ensure preparation of daily / monthly sales reports by the sales force in order to track daily/weekly/monthly performance.
Provide feedback on regular basis to the team on their performance and advise them to overcome the shortcomings.
Motivate team to bring out the best result from them.
Identify the training needs of the team and recommend HR to train people as per need.
Monitor performance of the team members and assist in quarterly/yearly performance evaluation.
Assist GM- Sales & Marketing in preparing yearly budget of the department.
Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
