  • Young, ambitious and aggressive graduates with BBAor equivalent degree from reputed university
  • Must enjoy selling and be comfortable with odd-hour working and interacting with hawkers and agents
  • Strong negotiation skill with target focus attitude
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Must be willing to undertake extensive travelling in urban and rural markets
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in Bengali and English
  • Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Description:

Manage agents and circulation sales by developing a healthy business relationship with agents and hawkers
Increase circulation and ensure agent wise target achievement by identifying gap areas, developing new markets and business opportunities
Develop a thorough understanding of each customer’s business by maintaining frequent contacts and developing good relation with each of them
Gather market, competitor and reader information and pass on valuable feedback
Conform to the daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements
Identify all opportunities of making the brand visible and put them in place
