  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in a dealer-retailer network like that of FMCG or telecommunication industry is required
  • Must have proven track record of leading and managing zonal sales team for 1 or 2 years
  • Graduate or masters from reputed university, preferably in business disciplines
  • Strong team management skill with confidence and pro-activeness
  • Must be willing to undertake extensive travelling in urban and rural markets and be comfortable with the odd-hour working and interacting with hawkers and agents
  • Growth and target driven attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skill in Bengali and English
  • Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Description:

Develop circulation sales by managing agents and maintaining a healthy business relationship with agents, hawkers and other stakeholders
Identify and exploit gap areas besides developing new markets and business opportunities
Take responsibility for ensuring sales growth and target setting in zone
Contribute to strategic sales planning
Lead, manage, develop and monitor day-to-day activities of a team of Regional Managers and Territory Managers towards achieving business targets
Develop and strengthen the process of gathering market, competitor and reader information and pass on valuable feedback to Head Office
Ensure that the daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements are properly followed
Identify all opportunities of making the brand visible and put them in place
