  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Excellent computer skills along with experience in using social media platform.
  • Minimum one year of experience of providing customer services and/or sales in a reputed organisation.
  • Graduate in any discipline.

Customer Services & Sales Officer

British Council invites applications for the position of Customer Services & Sales Officer.


Location: Dhaka

The successful applicant will be expected to:

handle all customer enquires as per the defined British Council standards
register and enrol customers for the appropriate British Council service or activity
update and collect data on customer transactions and ensure all enquiries are logged and statistics are maintained accurately
reconcile end of day revenue as per the prescribed financial process
secure excellent sales results while ensuring a high quality customer experience
provide excellent customer relationship management (CRM) within the framework.
