Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure smooth operation of Food & Beverage Dept. by Planning, Organizing and monitoring the activities of department.
Supervise and control F&B personnel, assign duties to them and ensure proper follow up.
Coordinate with all departments of the park to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work out plan to minimize food cost & maximize sales.
Analysis area basis guest demands and prepare menu.
Take necessary steps to keep food cost within the company set limit.
Ensure proper cleanliness at all F&B outlets.
Manage weekly and monthly F&B related events of the park.
Maintain close liaison with Purchase Dept. to cover all the necessary demand of F&B for efficient running of outlets.
Ensure hygienic and quality food & minimize food cost on Bakery product.
Update inventory of the F&B items on regular basis.
Control the overhead cost as per sales, ratio and budget.
Extend cooperation to Marketing department in connection with arranging package program.
Plan new F&B related ideas and share with Marketing Department for earning profit for the organization.
Implement training sessions for all F&B staff.
Ensure congenial working atmosphere for the departmental employees.
Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.
